Can I change or cancel my order?
As we process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Any requests made after this time will be declined. You can return your order upon receipt for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse. Please allow for additional processing time during public holidays and sales periods. We process orders Monday to Friday. Orders are processed within 12–24 hours of the order date and dispatched the day after processing. Please note that we do not dispatch orders at weekends.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Due to high demand, delivery may take 1–7 days.
What happens if I don’t receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days of dispatch, you are entitled to a full refund.
Do I have to pay customs duties and taxes?
The prices shown on our website are in euros, which means that customs duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. Import taxes, customs duties and associated charges may be levied once the parcel reaches its destination country. These are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs authorities in your country. What if the items I received are faulty/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us if you have received goods that are incorrect, missing and/or defective. Please include your order number, photos and videos of the items, as well as all relevant information, as soon as you have received the parcel. We will do our best to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds are processed via the original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7–10 working days of receiving the return or following a cancellation request.
